Baščaršija Nights

On 1 July every year, the performance by Sarajevo Philharmonic Orchestra marks the beginning of Baščaršija Nights. This traditional cultural and art festival is held at several locations in the Old Town, with a central stage located on the large plateau across the City Hall (Vijećnica). The festival lasts one month and includes a number of various performances, concerts, exhibitions, literary evenings and programs for children.
