Spending time in the Olympic Mountains is pleasant particularly on warm or hot summer days in the city. Taking a walk and sitting in natural settings is delightful, but going for a gondola ride is an activity you should not miss out on if you want to see all the wonderful sites from a bird’s perspective.
A six-seater ski lift on Mount Bjelašnica is available for panoramic viewing. Bjelašnica – Igman Ski Center’s working hours are from 10 am to 6 pm every day, and a one-way ticket costs BAM 12. Since the new installations require maintenance work at certain intervals, the general public will be informed of the ski center’s operating times in a timely manner, ZOI representatives say.
A two-seater ski lift in Malo polje on Mount Igman is also operational, but it works if there are enough visitors interested in going for a ride, since most of them prefer the six-seater ski lift on Mount Bjelašnica. A one-way ticket for the two-seater costs BAM 10.
